Each country has 10 minutes to make a choice, and the unfounded alliance can choose an alliance strategy.

3. Publicity stage

(19:30-20:00 on the opening day)

After all country selections are completed, the public announcement period begins. During this period, countries cannot use strategy cards, and alliances cannot change strategy choices. After the publicity period ends, the Kyushu strategy card can be used and the alliance strategy officially takes effect.

4. Effective stage

After the publicity period ends, the "Use" button will appear on the system interface. From the end of the publicity period to the end of this round of Kyushu consensus, officials with command authority can choose the opportunity to use the Kyushu strategy card.
