How Teamfit works

1. download and register

Download the free Teamfit app to your smartphone and register with your email address or Facebook account.

2. create a team or join a team

You can either create a new team and invite your friends or team members via a code/link, or you already have a code and join an existing team.

3. achieve goals

Train with the app to collect points to achieve your goals.

The app is perfect for strength & endurance training of teams from amateur to performance-oriented. Also the age is not important. So you can work with your youth team as well as with your male or female team.

Just create your team in the app and distribute the invitation link (or code) to your players. Now you can set goals for your team that have to be reached.

As soon as a few players have used the app, the group effect starts. By completing workouts and achievements, the players motivate each other and are ready to do more than normal.
