Check-In is a casual party game where players take turns describing scenarios and attempting to guess which of their opponents' responses best matches the scenario. The game is designed for 3-6 players and can be played in under 30 minutes.

Gameplay

One player, the "judge," reads a scenario card aloud. Each other player then writes down a response that they believe best matches the scenario. The judge collects the responses and reads them aloud, one at a time. The other players then vote on which response they think best matches the scenario. The player with the most votes wins the round and earns a point.

The game continues until one player reaches a predetermined number of points (usually 5 or 10).

Scenarios

The scenario cards in Check-In are divided into three categories:

* Would You Rather: These scenarios present players with two difficult choices and ask them to choose one.

* What Would You Do: These scenarios present players with a hypothetical situation and ask them to describe how they would react.

* This or That: These scenarios present players with two options and ask them to choose one.

Variations

There are several variations of Check-In that can be played to change the gameplay experience.

* Team Check-In: Players can be divided into teams of two or three. Each team writes down one response to each scenario card. The teams then vote on which response they think best matches the scenario. The team with the most votes wins the round.

* Blind Check-In: The judge does not read the scenario card aloud. Instead, each player reads the card silently and writes down their response. The responses are then collected and read aloud, and the players vote on which response they think best matches the scenario.

* Reverse Check-In: The judge writes down a response to each scenario card. The other players then try to guess which response the judge wrote. The player who guesses the most correct responses wins the round.
