Tonk is a classic card game that combines elements of rummy and poker. The objective of the game is to be the first player to get rid of all their cards by melding them into sets and runs.

Setup

* The game is played with a standard deck of 52 cards.

* 2-4 players can play.

* Each player is dealt 11 cards.

* The remaining cards are placed in a draw pile.

Gameplay

1. Draw: The player to the left of the dealer draws a card from the draw pile.

2. Meld: Players can meld cards into sets or runs.

* Set: Three or four cards of the same rank.

* Run: Three or more cards in sequence of the same suit.

3. Lay Down: Players can lay down their melded cards on the table.

4. Tonk: A player who has melded all their cards in one turn calls "Tonk."

5. Gin: A player who has melded all their cards without drawing from the draw pile calls "Gin."

6. Going Out: The first player to get rid of all their cards wins the round.
