Gameplay:

Spades Online is a captivating trick-taking card game where players compete in teams of two to outbid and outplay their opponents. The game begins with a blind auction, where each player estimates the number of tricks their team will take. The team with the highest bid becomes the declaring team and chooses the trump suit.

Bidding:

Bidding is a crucial aspect of the game. Players must carefully assess their hands and the strength of their suits to determine an appropriate bid. The minimum bid is 1, while the maximum bid is 13. If a team fails to make their bid, they incur a penalty of 10 points for each trick they fall short.

Gameplay:

The player to the left of the dealer leads the first trick by playing any card. Subsequent players must follow suit if possible. If they cannot, they may play any card, including a trump card. The highest card of the suit led, or the highest trump card, wins the trick. The winner of the trick leads the next one.

Scoring:

The goal of the game is to accumulate the most points by making tricks and winning bags. A bag occurs when a team takes all 13 tricks in a single hand. Making a bid earns the team 10 points for each trick they take, while failing to make a bid results in a penalty of 10 points for each trick they fall short. Taking a bag earns the team 100 points.

Winning:

The first team to reach 500 points wins the game. If both teams reach 500 points in the same hand, the team with the higher score wins.
