Quickfire Rules
Oh Hell! follows the rules of standard trick-taking card games. A card is beaten either by a higher card of the same suit, or any trump card. Once a card is played, other players must play a card from the same suit. If they do not hold any cards from this suit, they may choose to Trump, playing any
trump card to win, or to Throw Away, playing any non-trump card to lose the trick.
Each trick scores one point, and correctly predicting how many tricks you will win at the bidding stage scores 10 points per round, or 5 if you bid 0 and the ‘Nil Bid Worth 5’ setting is switched on.

Overview
Oh Hell! is a trick-taking card game for three or more players, typically played with a standard 52-card deck. The game's objective is to accurately predict the number of tricks one can take during each round.
Gameplay
1. Dealing: Cards are dealt clockwise, with each player receiving 13 cards.
2. Bidding: Starting with the player to the left of the dealer, each player makes a bid, indicating the number of tricks they believe they will take. The total number of bids must equal the number of tricks available (13).
3. Trick-Taking: The player to the left of the dealer leads the first trick with any card. Players must follow suit if possible, or play any other card if they cannot. The highest card of the suit led wins the trick, unless a trump card is played. The winner of each trick leads the next.
4. Scoring: After all 13 tricks have been taken, players score points based on the accuracy of their bids:
* Exact Bid: 10 points
* Off by 1: 1 point
* Off by 2 or More: -1 point
5. Additional Scoring:
* Nil Bid: If a player bids 0 and takes no tricks, they receive 10 points. If they take any tricks, they lose 10 points.
* Blind Nil Bid: If a player bids 0 without looking at their cards, they receive 20 points if successful, or lose 20 points if they take any tricks.
Variations
* Partners: Oh Hell! can be played with partners, where two players bid and play together.
* Trump Suit: In some variations, a trump suit is designated before the bidding begins.
* Special Cards: Some variations include special cards with unique abilities, such as the "Joker" or the "2 of Clubs."
Strategy
* Count Your Cards: Pay attention to the cards that have been played to deduce which cards remain in the deck.
* Estimate Your Opponents' Bids: Consider their previous bids and the cards they have played.
* Bid Conservatively: It's better to underbid than to overbid and lose points.
* Consider the Trump Suit: If a trump suit is designated, adjust your bids accordingly.
* Play for Nil: If you have a weak hand, consider bidding Nil to potentially gain 10 points.
