Telophase
Telophase signifies the final stage of mitosis. The chromosomes reach the poles of the cell and begin to decondense. Two new nuclear envelopes form around the separated chromosomes. The spindle fibers disassemble, and the cell membrane pinches in the middle, ultimately dividing the cell into two daughter cells.
