Objective:

To guess a secret Greek word by correctly identifying its letters one at a time, before the player runs out of guesses.

Gameplay:

1. Setup:

- One player (the "executioner") chooses a secret Greek word and writes down a blank line with spaces for each letter.

- The other player (the "guesser") stands facing the executioner.

2. Guessing:

- The guesser takes turns guessing individual Greek letters.

- If the guess is correct, the executioner fills in the corresponding spaces in the blank line.

- If the guess is incorrect, the executioner draws a body part of a stick figure (usually starting with the head and ending with the feet).

3. Wrong Guesses:

- For each incorrect guess, the executioner draws one body part on the stick figure.

- The game continues until the guesser either guesses all the letters correctly (winning the game) or the executioner completes the stick figure (losing the game).

4. Special Rules:

- The guesser may not guess the same letter twice.

- The executioner may not give hints or reveal any information about the secret word.

Strategy:

- Start by guessing common Greek letters (e.g., α, ε, η, ι, ο).

- Pay attention to the letters that the executioner draws. If a body part is drawn, it means that the guesser has incorrectly guessed a letter that appears in the secret word.

- Try to guess letters that are likely to appear in the secret word, based on its length and any visible patterns.

- Eliminate letters that have already been guessed incorrectly.

- If the guesser is stuck, they can ask the executioner to give a hint, such as the category of the word or the number of letters it contains.

Variations:

- Timed Hangman: The guesser has a limited amount of time to guess the word.

- Multiple Words: The executioner chooses multiple Greek words, and the guesser must guess them all before running out of guesses.

- Team Hangman: Two or more players work together to guess the word, taking turns guessing letters.
