Update max decks, rebalance 1-4 stars to new power system, add missing stats for 5x 1 stars & add Wat Tambor to Geonosis level. Latest Android Studio build tools, Android 4.1-4.3 no longer supported (4.4 minimum). Fix arrow keys incorrectly changing volume in-game (if using a physical keyboard).

Building a strong alliance is essential for surviving in the competitive galaxy.
