The mechanism of this level is that Jia Xu will get a high amount of damage reduction after having debuffs. He will automatically get 2 debuffs every round. There are 4 buff-clearing points on the map. The normal way to pass the level is to rely on movement or forced displacement skills to force him to the leaves to clear the debuff. Another brainless way is to get real damage.

Two generals have real damage. Lu Bu can hit 2 times for 20 real damage, and then rely on Wei Yan. Wei Yan with 50,000 defense is more than enough to kill Jia Xu.
