o Access rights: When using the Application, users agree to allow the application to have access to the following functions:

▪ (2) Access the camera to scan the QRcode on the CCCD card to help shorten the time to enter basic information for citizens

▪ (3) Access to photos, files, memory and audio and visual content on the device to store photos and files for sending traffic information to authorities.

▪ (4) Allow GPS positioning to be enabled to determine the user's location when sending feedback about traffic conditions.

▪ (5) Send notifications to the user's device.

o Collecting personal information: Users entering data and reporting information about traffic conditions, traffic violations, and traffic accidents need to provide personal information to ensure the legitimacy of the information provider. . Personal information includes: Full name, Phone number, Citizen identification card, all information collected is with the user's permission by entering into forms and sending them to us.

o Users are responsible for their own behavioral abilities in using and inputting information.

o Protecting privacy and copyright: User data will be stored and secured by the Traffic Police Department - Ministry of Public Security and only used for the purpose of developing applications serving national digital transformation and support citizens, help authorities protect security, order and traffic safety, absolutely not used for commercial purposes, not infringing on privacy, private and confidential information is protected. trust according to the provisions of law.

o In addition to the above purposes, the application developer does not collect and use user information for any other purposes. And will not disclose any information that may damage or commit any illegal acts regarding user privacy according to Vietnamese law or application policies.
