Bug fixes and performance improvements

Honeycomb is a tile-laying game where players strategically place hexagonal tiles to create a shared honeycomb structure, aiming to score the most points by attracting bees. The core gameplay revolves around connecting tiles featuring different terrain types (flower, hive, meadow, water) and fulfilling specific scoring conditions associated with each terrain. Each tile also depicts a number of bees, which are crucial for end-game scoring. Players take turns drawing a tile from a central stack and placing it adjacent to existing tiles, adhering to the hexagonal grid structure. The placement rules are generally straightforward, but strategic placement is key to maximizing points.

The scoring system is multifaceted. Connecting flower tiles earns points based on the number of connected flower tiles. Hive tiles provide points based on the number of surrounding bee symbols. Meadow tiles score points based on the largest contiguous meadow area a player contributes to. Water tiles offer points based on the length of connected water features. End-game scoring involves awarding points to players who have the most bees surrounding specific tile types. The game continues until all tiles have been placed, at which point the final scores are tallied to determine the winner. Honeycomb emphasizes spatial reasoning, planning, and a bit of luck in tile draws. A successful player will balance short-term scoring opportunities with long-term strategies to maximize their overall bee population and terrain control.
