To take full advantage of the Community service, you must install the application after pre-registration in the system (https://community.si/en/auth/signup/) and enter it with your name and password. After logging in, you will appear on the Online Map as an active Agent and will be able to respond to the tourist who has contacted you.
The call goes to the application from anywhere in the world. All you need is the internet to work. No link to the phone number. The call can be received on any device - phone, tablet, or computer.
Simple rules of use:
1. Registration on the https://community.si/ website and high-quality completion of the profile. Entering photos, videos, and descriptions.
2. Install the application and allow access to the camera and microphone.
3. Be in status - online.
4. Accept video calls.
While the application is in beta testing mode, its use is free!
You can prepare the client for the trip in advance. Advise on seasonality, the best time to relax, prices, and expectations.
If the client decided to purchase a ticket spontaneously, you can show the weather conditions on the day of departure, and convince them that the weather forecast is a convention.
