Overview

Plum is a digital card game that combines the elements of poker and rummy. Players are dealt a hand of cards and must form sets of three or more cards to score points. The game is played in rounds, and the player with the highest-scoring hand at the end of each round wins.

Gameplay

To start the game, each player is dealt 10 cards. Players can then draw additional cards from the deck or discard cards from their hand. The goal of the game is to form sets of three or more cards. Sets can be formed in three ways:

* Runs: Three or more cards in a row, such as 3-4-5 or Q-K-A.

* Sets: Three or more cards of the same rank, such as three aces or three kings.

* Flushes: Three or more cards of the same suit, such as three hearts or three spades.

Players can also form special sets called "melds." Melds are worth more points than regular sets. The following are the different types of melds:

* Straight: A run of four or more cards, such as 4-5-6-7 or 10-J-Q-K-A.

* Flush: A flush of four or more cards, such as four hearts or four spades.

* Full House: A set of three cards and a pair, such as three aces and two kings.

* Four of a Kind: Four cards of the same rank, such as four aces or four queens.

* Straight Flush: A run of four or more cards of the same suit, such as 4-5-6-7-8 of hearts or 10-J-Q-K-A of spades.

* Royal Flush: A straight flush from 10 to A, such as 10-J-Q-K-A of hearts or 10-J-Q-K-A of spades.

Scoring

The value of a set is determined by the number of cards in the set and the type of set. The following is the point value of each type of set:

* Run: 1 point per card

* Set: 3 points per card

* Flush: 4 points per card

* Straight: 5 points per card

* Flush: 6 points per card

* Full House: 25 points

* Four of a Kind: 50 points

* Straight Flush: 100 points

* Royal Flush: 200 points

Winning

The game is played in rounds. The player with the highest-scoring hand at the end of each round wins the round. The game ends when one player has won a predetermined number of rounds.
