Gameplay Overview

Çanak Okey - Mynet is a popular Turkish online game that combines elements of classic rummy and okey. The objective is to form sets of tiles, called "çanaklar" (plates), and to be the first player to discard all their tiles.

Game Setup

The game is played with a standard set of 106 tiles, including 104 numbered tiles (1 to 13 in four different colors) and two joker tiles. Each player is dealt 14 tiles, and the remaining tiles are placed face down in a central pile called the "çekme destesi" (draw pile).

Gameplay

The game proceeds in turns, with each player taking the following actions:

1. Draw a tile: If the player has less than 14 tiles, they must draw a tile from either the çekme destesi or the "açık destesi" (open pile), which contains the tiles discarded by other players.

2. Form çanaklar: Players aim to form sets of three or four tiles of the same number or runs of three or more consecutive tiles of the same color. A joker tile can be used as any number or color.

3. Discard a tile: Once a player has formed a çanak, they must discard one tile to the açık destesi. If the discarded tile completes another player's çanak, that player can take the tile and add it to their own set.

Winning the Game

The first player to form all their tiles into çanaklar and discard their last tile wins the game.

Scoring

If a player cannot discard their last tile, they are "bitmiş" (finished). The remaining tiles in their hand are counted, and the player with the lowest total score wins the round.

Special Rules

* Okey: When a player forms a çanak of four tiles of the same number, it is called an "okey." An okey allows the player to draw an additional tile from the çekme destesi.

* Mahlep: When a player has only one tile left, they must declare "mahlep." If they cannot discard their last tile, they are penalized with an additional 50 points.

* Bitiş: When a player has no tiles left, they are "bitiş." The other players continue playing until one player wins.

Tips for Winning

* Manage your tiles: Keep track of the tiles you have and the tiles that have been discarded. This will help you anticipate what tiles you may need.

* Form çanaklar early: Try to form çanaklar as soon as possible to reduce your score.

* Use jokers wisely: Jokers can be used to complete sets or to extend runs. Use them strategically to maximize your chances of winning.
