Overview

Anagrind is a word game where players compete to create words from a set of letters. The game is played on a 5x5 grid, and players take turns placing letters on the board to form words. Words can be formed horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, and must be at least three letters long. The player who creates the most words at the end of the game wins.

Gameplay

To start the game, each player is given a set of seven letters. Players then take turns placing letters on the board to form words. Words can be formed in any direction, but must be at least three letters long. Players can also use the letters on the board to form new words.

If a player cannot form a word, they must pass their turn. The game continues until one player has used all of their letters or no more words can be formed.

Scoring

At the end of the game, players score points for each word they have created. The number of points awarded for each word depends on the length of the word and the number of letters used.

Strategy

* Think ahead: Don't just focus on creating words in the present turn. Think ahead and try to anticipate what words your opponents might create. This will help you to block their words and score more points.
