Weather Turkey

Weather Turkey is a cooperative card game for 2-4 players ages 4 and up. The goal of the game is to work together to help the turkeys get to their nests before the storm arrives.

The game is played on a 5x5 grid. Each player has a hand of cards that depict different types of weather, such as sun, rain, wind, and snow. On their turn, a player can play a card to change the weather on one of the spaces on the grid.

The turkeys can only move through spaces that have the same weather as the card they are on. If a turkey lands on a space with a different type of weather, it must stay there until the weather changes.

The storm is represented by a deck of cards. Each card in the deck has a number on it. When a player draws a storm card, they must move the storm forward by that number of spaces.

If the storm reaches the end of the grid before all of the turkeys have reached their nests, the players lose the game.

Game Setup

1. Place the game board in the center of the table.

2. Shuffle the weather cards and deal 5 cards to each player.

3. Place the remaining weather cards face down in a pile.

4. Shuffle the turkey cards and place them face down in a pile.

5. Draw the top card from the turkey deck and place it on the start space.

6. Draw the top card from the storm deck and place it on the first space of the storm track.

Gameplay

1. On your turn, you can play one weather card from your hand.

2. You can play a weather card to change the weather on any space on the grid.

3. The turkeys can only move through spaces that have the same weather as the card they are on.

4. If a turkey lands on a space with a different type of weather, it must stay there until the weather changes.

5. When you draw a storm card, you must move the storm forward by the number of spaces shown on the card.
